Shipping Process
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, your tracking number will be sent to your email address. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly and check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive a confirmation.
Packages are typically delivered within 1–5 business days after handover to the carrier. Delivery may take longer during peak periods. Orders are not processed on weekends.
Exchange & Return Procedure
If you wish to exchange or return a product, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Please complete the return form included in your package and send the product(s) to us using the designated carrier at no cost to you.

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are only accepted for the same product in a different size. Please indicate the desired size on the return form. If the requested size is in stock, it will be shipped within 1–5 business days; otherwise a full refund will be issued.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging together with the original invoice.
