Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between the Seller and the Buyer identified below.

2. Formation of the Agreement
THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED ALL TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. The parties confirm that there is no disproportionality between the obligations undertaken and that the mutual obligations are appropriate for the nature of the transaction.
3. Subject and Scope
This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer through www.sedagur.com, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
4. Payment and Delivery Conditions
The product(s) shall be delivered to the Buyer's specified delivery address within the statutory period of 30 days from the order date.
Delivery is conditional upon full and complete payment. If payment is not received or is cancelled, the Seller's obligation to deliver shall cease.
5. Delivery
If fulfillment of the order becomes impossible, the Seller shall notify the Buyer within 3 days and refund all payments received, including delivery costs, within 14 days.
6. Buyer's Declarations
The Buyer confirms having read and understood the product's essential characteristics, price, payment method, and delivery conditions prior to placing the order, and acknowledges the payment obligation incurred upon order confirmation.
7. Seller's Declarations
The Seller is responsible for delivering the product in sound, complete condition, conforming to the order specifications, together with any applicable warranty documents.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating any reason and without incurring any legal liability.

The designated carrier for returns is UPS. Return shipping is free of charge when using this carrier.
9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
- Goods whose price fluctuates based on financial market conditions.
- Goods prepared according to the consumer's personal specifications.
- Perishable goods.
- Goods whose protective packaging has been opened and which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Goods that become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
- Digital content or software delivered on a physical medium once opened.
- Services for which performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.
10. Intellectual Property
All design techniques, patterns, drawings, and creative works used in the Seller's products are the exclusive property of the Seller. Purchased products may not be copied, distributed, or resold.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be referred to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts with jurisdiction over the transaction. This Agreement is governed by Turkish law.
